These terms apply to this Trillium Nord preview website and to the Trillium Nord SMS messaging program operated by Aguyda Mellen LLC. By submitting a form, you agree that the information you provide may be used to respond to your inquiry according to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Preview Website Only

Trillium Nord is currently presented as a preview and inquiry site. Submitting a Voyager signup, Sanctuary stay request, or Lodge membership-interest form does not create a booking, reserve dates, create a paid membership, open a member account, collect payment, or guarantee availability.

SMS Program Description

If you provide a mobile phone number and actively check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Trillium Nord about Voyager early access, stay-request follow-up, launch timing, availability invitations, and local stay updates.

Consent Is Optional

Consent to receive text messages is not required to make a purchase, request a stay, or book Trillium Nord if booking becomes available. You can submit email-only forms without opting in to SMS.

Message Frequency And Rates

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
